Your devices
Every device where OCTOVO runs with your account is listed here. If one has gone missing, you sign it out here — immediately and without asking us.
Two devices hang on the rail, one is unhooked.
Just checking which devices are connected …
On your devices nothing changes. To the service status
No device is connected to this account right now. On first start OCTOVO asks once for your email address and your password — and never again. To the download page
What signing out does
Three things happen — and one, expressly, does not
The access keys live only here, on your device.
- You sign it out
The seat in your licence is freed immediately. You can connect another device right after.
- Its access runs out
The device’s renewal key is deleted. Its short-lived access lasts at most 15 more minutes — after that it gets nothing from the Otto server.
- What sits there stays there
Your data sits encrypted on that device. We can’t delete it from here — nobody can, remotely. The last issued licence token also lets OCTOVO keep working there for up to 14 days without contacting the server.
The safest way to lock out a stolen device is twice over: sign it out here and change your password — then every browser sign-in falls with it. Change password
