Your data

Access, export, deletion

Our server holds your account, licence and counters — never emails, files, contacts or your memory. What sits there, you can see here in full, take with you, or get rid of.

  1. Article 15
    Access

What does the server hold about me? The answer is complete and put together the moment you ask — none of it is prepared in advance.

  2. Article 20
    Export

The same answer as a file: JSON — structured, common and machine-readable. You can take it with you without asking us.

  3. Article 17
    Deletion

Gone means gone: access, licence, devices, counters and consents. What tax law keeps, we tell you about — and what sits on your device, only you can delete.

Delete your account

This removes account, licence, devices, counters and consents from our server — immediately and for good. What sits on your device stays there; we cannot touch it from here. Invoices sit with our payment provider and stay there for as long as the statutory retention periods run — those apply regardless of your account. If a payment is running, it is ended first — if that isn’t possible, we delete nothing and tell you why.

Consents

What you allowed, and when

For every consent you see the date, the version of the text you agreed to, and the version that would apply today. If they differ, the text has changed since.
