Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
The European Commission’s former platform for online dispute resolution was shut down as of 20 July 2025; the underlying regulation has been repealed. A reference to it is therefore omitted.
