What happens when the month was too full

Nothing breaks off. Running orders finish, then OCTOVO carries on in economy mode — visibly marked, so you don’t puzzle over why the answers got shorter.

Topping up takes one click. If you like, switch on automatic top-ups — capped by a monthly limit you set yourself (preset €50, changeable up to “no limit”). Every top-up immediately sends a notification with amount and reason, so nothing is charged behind your back.

In the app, a ring shows the month in everyday language: “You’ve used about a third this month — that’s around 340 handled emails.” Below it you see which order eats how much of it.

What is not in the price

  • No setup fee, no minimum term

    14 days free without payment details. After that, cancel monthly with one click in the customer portal.

  • No shutdown after you cancel

    OCTOVO drops into a permanently free read mode: everything stays, everything can be viewed and exported — it just no longer runs new orders.

  • No running while your computer is off

    You’re not paying for a data centre that works for you at night — your own device does the work. Anything missed is caught up when it starts.

  • No advice in the price

    Support means help with setup and faults. Legal, tax and medical advice is not part of it, and OCTOVO doesn’t give any.
