Nobody here can look up your password — it sits in the database only as an irreversible checksum. Instead of telling you what it was, we send you a link to set a new one.
The old key stays gone; the email brings a new one.
- Enter your address the same one you sign in with
- Open the email the link in it lasts 30 minutes
- Set a new password after that, all browser sign-ins are ended
